DEPOSIT

Deposit is 50% of the total rental. Deposit must be received within 7 business days after you reserve your booking. When we receive your booking deposit, we will confirm via Email.

Booking confirmation: When we receive your booking form (via E-mail) and your deposit, we will confirm your booking. You may make payment by cheque or transfer funds. Please advise which method you would prefer.

Once your balance payment is received, we will also confirm by E-mail, plus send you information with directions, contact and arrival day details, etc.

1. The balance of your payment is due 8 weeks prior to your first day of entry. If there is last minute availability within 8 weeks of your first day of entry, the entire rental fee is due at that time. However, because of the limited number os weeks available for guest stays, we do encourage you to book early to secure your preferred dates.

2. We also accept payment in US dollars, when you make your payment in full. We accept either a personal check (with your name, address, and telephone number printed on the front of the check) or a bank draft. Please advise us at the time of booking. The rate will combine the current exchange rate (not the internet bank to bank rate) and bank conversion charges.
